    4. Text Messaging Program Terms (SMS Messaging Terms)

    Reimagine Investing operates an automated text messaging program to streamline property evaluations, follow up on cash offers, confirm appointments, and deliver updates regarding our real estate investment services.

    • Program Description: When you opt in to our services, you can expect to receive automated and manual text messages (including SMS and MMS) regarding property property details, updates on real estate cash offers, calendar scheduling confirmations, property follow-ups, and promotional reminders related to our real estate investment services.
    • Opt-In Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and explicitly opting in on our web forms or landing pages, you consent to receive text messages from Reimagine Investing. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or real estate transaction.
    • Message Frequency: You will receive message frequencies that vary based on your level of interaction, appointment requests, and active real estate transactions.
    • Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (434) 323-8322. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
